2. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights

The website—including, by way of illustration but not limitation, its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, as well as the designs, logos, text and/or graphics—is owned by the CONTROLLER or, where appropriate, is used under licence or with express authorisation from the rightful owners. All website content is duly protected by the relevant intellectual and industrial property regulations and registered in the corresponding public registers. Any total or partial reproduction, exploitation, distribution or commercial use of the content for any purpose whatsoever requires the prior written consent of the CONTROLLER. Unauthorised use constitutes a serious violation of the holder’s intellectual or industrial property rights. 

Designs, logos, text and/or graphics belonging to third parties that may appear on the website remain the property of their respective owners, who are themselves responsible for any dispute that may arise in relation thereto. The CONTROLLER expressly authorises third parties to redirect directly to specific content on the website or, in any event, to the website’s main page (www.storelink.tech). 

3. Disclaimer of Liability

3.1 Information Content

The CONTROLLER disclaims any liability for information published on its website when such information has been manipulated or introduced by an external third party and, upon becoming aware of such circumstances, removes the data or makes access to it impossible in due diligence.

3.2 Cookies

This website may use technical cookies solely to enable essential functions. These cookies are temporary, disappear at the end of the user session, do not in themselves provide personal data and are not used to collect such data. Non-essential cookies will not be installed without the user’s prior consent. Users can configure their browsers to be notified of the reception of cookies and to prevent their installation. 

3.3 Links Policy

The website may redirect users to third-party content. Since the CONTROLLER cannot always control third-party content, it assumes no responsibility for such content but will remove any link to content that contravenes national or international law, morality or public order, and will inform the competent authorities where appropriate. 

The CONTROLLER is likewise not responsible for information stored in forums, chats, blogs, social networks or any other medium that allows third parties to publish content independently. Nevertheless, in compliance with Articles 11 and 16 of the LSSI, the CONTROLLER collaborates actively in removing or blocking any content that could affect or contravene national or international legislation, third-party rights, or morality and public order. 

3.4 Availability and Force Majeure

Although the site has been reviewed and tested to ensure proper operation 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, the CONTROLLER does not rule out the possibility of programming errors or events of force majeure—natural disasters, strikes, or similar circumstances—that make access to the website impossible.

Web servers may automatically detect the user’s IP address and domain name for purely statistical purposes relating to page impressions, server visits, order of visits, point of access, etc.

4.1 Users

Access to or use of www.comply.storelink.tech confers the status of user and constitutes full and unreserved acceptance, from the very moment of access, of these general conditions and any specific conditions that may supplement, modify or replace them. 

4.2 Use of the Website, Its Services and Content

Users agree to use the website, its services and content in accordance with current legislation, good faith, generally accepted practices and public order, and not for illicit purposes or in a way that could harm the CONTROLLER or third parties or impede the normal functioning of the site. Prohibited actions include, inter alia:

• Reproduction, distribution or modification of content without authorisation;
• Infringement of the CONTROLLER’s or third parties’ rights;
• Use of content for commercial or advertising purposes other than those expressly permitted;
• Attempts to obtain website content by means other than those provided to users. 

4.3 Unilateral Modification

The CONTROLLER may, without prior notice, modify the structure and design of the site, the services offered, the content and the conditions of access or use whenever it deems appropriate.

Creating any hyperlink to this website is subject to the following conditions:

• No total or partial reproduction of website services or content is permitted;
• Unless expressly authorised, the page on which the hyperlink is established shall not contain any trademark, trade name, establishment sign, denomination, logo, slogan or other distinctive sign belonging to the CONTROLLER;

4.5 Exclusion of Warranties and Liability

The CONTROLLER grants no warranty and accepts no liability for damages of any kind that may arise from, for example, lack of availability, utility or validity of the site or its content and services; the presence of viruses or malicious programs; illicit, negligent or fraudulent use of the site by users; or failure by third parties to fulfil their obligations. 

4.6 Duration

The website service is provided for an indefinite period. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the CONTROLLER may interrupt, suspend or terminate the website or any of its services at any time under the terms set out above. 

5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

For the resolution of any disputes or issues related to this website or the activities conducted herein, Spanish law shall apply, to which the parties expressly submit. Any conflicts arising from its use shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile or the place where the obligation in question is fulfilled.
